Description Spay Neuter Incentive Program of West Virginia, located in Morgantown, is the area’s first low cost, high volume spay and neuter clinic. The mission of SNIP WV is to reduce the large number of feral and homeless cats and shelter animals through low cost and no cost spay and neuter surgeries that are accessible to the public, local rescues, and county shelters. It is also our mission to reduce the euthanasia rates in north central West Virginia county shelters. SNIP WV will serve Monongalia County and all surrounding counties.

I brought a cat to them to get neutered. He was given to me as he was a stray. He was positive for Feline Leukemia and had to be euthanized because he was very sick. The vet called me to let me know this and she was the most compassionate person I've ever met in a vets office. Such a wonderful office with great employees. The prices are excellent for whatever your pet is needing. Cant recommend them enough.

Nice people but our cat came home with fleas and then tapeworms. Would not recommend unless you want to have to deworm and get rid of their fleas a second time.

Brought in a cat that has been dumped here for an exam. Super sweet staff. Was able to get in the office quickly. Office front. Parking in front of the building is very nice.

I’m so happy to have SNIP in Morgantown!! I was able to schedule a neuter appointment about 1.5 weeks in advance. The online schedule tool was really easy to use. The staff at the front desk were really kind and made me feel comfortable that Drill Bit was in good hands. We are so lucky to have such a reasonably priced spay and neuter program!

I went ahead & gave three stars even though I have YET to get ahold of someone from this place. It’s extremely aggravating & unfortunate when the only place that I’ve found that is affordable, is impossible to get in contact with. I have went on the website six different times to schedule an appointment. It does not show me any available appointment times, even months & months out. When I call you guys, it gives me a busy signal.. In conclusion, I still am open to bringing my kitty here. If I can get an appointment before he sprays me out of house & home. Thanks!
