Description The Animal Friends Thrift Shoppe has a wide variety of gently used household items, furniture, jewelry, electronics, books, & more at bargain prices! Proceeds from the volunteer run Shoppe supports our Animal Friends No-kill Animal Sanctuary, where unwanted, abandoned, & abused animals await adoption. The Shoppe is located inside the Mountaineer (aka "old") Mall in Morgantown, WV. Enter through the mall entrance to the right of Teletech, make a right at the end of the hallway, the Shoppe is a few doors down on the right. Donations of new or gently used items are accepted during store hours at our drop off location to the right of the mall entrance by Teletech. Local pick-up may be available. Best thrift store in Morgantown!! I’m moving out of town & it’s honestly what I’ll miss most. Supports such a great cause. Could not recommend more!!!!

They have a big variety of items from small to large. Plus their prices are very reasonable and the best thing is that the profits go to support animals in the community. The entrance is a little hard to find if you've never been there before but you just have to find a way inside the mall and then you will able to navigate to find it.

Been on the waiting list since August 2023 before my 2 year old female puppy had her puppy then I called to see what what was going on in December then was told oh you have to be on the waiting list for the month of January 2024 here it is January 18,2024 wanted to know what is taking so long because January is going to be over before we know it you would think they would say will this person been on our waiting list since August of last year we need to get her first not making her wait another year or so or months before her female gets pregnant or something happens to her female puppy that had puppies that she almost lost this time that if something happened to my 2year old puppy there going to get sued because I've been on the waiting list since August when your place to help people on medical cardi Appreciate it but not happy when I know someone that went and got a I'm voucher and you all gave them one. And they didn't even have to be put on a waiting list

I have attempted to go here a time or two before but they were closed, but today I lucked out and made it in before they closed at 3pm The parking lot is free and it's located inside the Mountaineer Mall. They are located near the center of the mall. The store is large and the prices are very reasonable. I was lucky to find several great pieces. A percentage of the proceeds go towards Animals.... that's a great cause! Definitely going back again.

This is a great thrift store and it is good to know that the proceeds are helping animals find homes. They have a good selection of kitchen gadgets, books, music, and lots of other nice stuff. I have never bought any furniture here, but they often have some fine looking pieces. I stop here once a week to look at their electronics, and I've bought several wireless routers, a network switch, and an all in one printer. All of these worked spectacularly and were incredible deals. Sometimes the prices are so low that I just don't feel right paying that little for them. Good thing there's a donation jar next to the register! The employees are always so friendly and kind. We are lucky to have this store in our community.

This store is what a thrift shop should be - great deals, many vintage items, very friendly volunteers, frequent half-price sales and the money goes to such a good cause!! I have found many treasures at this store and love the friendly and peaceful atmosphere. They are also really good about wearing masks which is a major bonus for me. Definitely worth checking out!
