From my first visit with them when my cat was a baby until he passed at 18, we never had a better and more understanding vet. I continue to take my senior dog, 8 year old cat and a brand new baby kitty here and will stay with them until they physically close!

Dr. Bonnie and her team are AMAZING. I have been taking my puppy to their clinic since he was a few weeks old and they always gave him the best care (and pets). I recently had to take my sick cat and I feel like he had the best care possible. Dr. Bonnie and her team really CARE about the animals they see. They would do anything to help them. Thank you, Dr. Bonnie, all of the vet techs that gave the best care to Tiger when he needed the must and to Laura too, for helping us get the medicine he needed. I feel really lucky to have found you to take care of my “kids”.

Do not bring your pets here!! They are rude, overpriced and don’t actually care about your pets (just money hungry). I brought my dog in a few weeks ago for a skin infection - Dr. Bonnie only looked at him for 2 minutes and charged $70 just for an “exam”. She also told me I needed all of these medications and a medicated shampoo that didn’t even treat the issue. They don’t let you know ahead of time what the cost of things will be, they just expect you to be willing to pay these outrageous prices. Today, I called because my dog has been sick for 4 days throwing up and not eating or drinking and they refused to take him. I called another vet that we aren’t even clients of and they took him in immediately. They were in disbelief that our actual vet wouldn’t even see our dog for a life or death situation. Our dog is now prepping for surgery because he was on the verge of dying and is now being taken care of properly by our new vet. We will never come back here and do not recommend Gaithersburg Veterinary Clinic to anyone!!

Dr. H is really thorough and very knowledgeable. Her prices are reasonable compared to other vets in the area and she's not trying to upcharge or upsell services. The staff are also kind, friendly and good about following up. I highly recommend this clinic!

We took our two cats, one for a wellness visit and one for a GI issue Dr. Hileman is great at really explaining what's going on with your pet and giving you all the possible options for treatment. I really appreciate that in a veterinarian. We are very happy we switched over to Gaithersburg veterinary clinic and will be bringing all of our pets there from now on.
