Extremely aggravated and disappointed. Nicole, the trainer never showed up. Nicole was supposed to be at my barn between 11 and 11:30 for a training session with my 3 year old. My mother had drove an hour and a half to watch the training. At close to 11:30, she told me she would be there by 11:45. At almost 12:30, she still wasn't there. We waited an hour and a half and at this point, we couldn't wait anymore and told her not to bother. I am also not the only one that has had problems with her being on time or even close to being on time. If you can't show up or if you know you are not going to be there at the time you set, give some notice or cancel, don't just leave people hanging. If she wants to be a professional trainer, then she needs to be reliable and dependable. Wasted several hours of my time and almost five hours of my mother's time, extremely unprofessional. If you are overworking yourself, then don't schedule appointments you can't make and don't just stand someone up.
