I love this veterinary clinic, and my cats and dog ADORE the doctors and staff! I rescued all of my pets from abusive situations, and the staff all recognize their individual needs and fears and work incredibly well with each of them. "The Kids" have had appointments with each of the doctors and we've worked with all of the nursing staff as well as the receptionists/billing reps, and they're ALL wonderfully friendly, loving, caring, considerate, and SUPREMELY professional. They know all of us, and my pets love all the attention they get when we visit. There's no other veterinary clinic I'll ever use; I trust them implicitly and recommend them 100%! Thank you, Pet First Veterinary. 😘 We love you all.

Sadly our English bulldog came to a point we had to make a tough decision .. I called Pet First and Lynn was caring and accomodating .. I can’t say enough about Dr. Dale who made us feel we were making the right decision for our sweet baby .. she guided is thru the process and took our feelings into consideration at every moment .. ty for making a terrible day bearable ..

We love Pet First! We have 2 giant dogs and 2 cats. Never had a bad experience there in 5 years. They are most affordable around and can almost always squeeze me in during an emergency. I also love that they don’t try to “upsell” me. They will tell me, “this is what is necessary and this is just extra recommendations.” Everyone from office staff, to techs to the vets are great. Love Moose, Bear, Daisy and Binx.

Honestly this is one of the best veterinary offices we have experienced. The front desk staff is compassionate, timely, and savvy with scheduling. Their team of vets always seem to be professional and truly care for the pet their examining. They’ve always done a great job with educating us, providing after care, and even just general grooming help. So I think this is more of a Thank you than a positive review! Willow and Tom appreciate all that you guys do ✨ Keep up the great work!

Shout out to Dr. Dawn Dale. She is taking care of a treatment plan for my cat Midnight. She explains everything throughly. 100% happy with her service. The tech was also equally as good. I feel bad I forgot her name! Staff gets 5 of 5 stars. Dr. Dale if you leave we will be following you!!!! Reason I took away a star is bc there seems to be corporate greed which to be fair seems to be all in the area. This area seems to be lacking the traditional family owned vets which I like better. If you want a good dr go see Dr. Dale. Shes definitely has the experience you are looking for
