We took our dog to Dr. Channel for years. She and her colleagues are all caring and compassionate. Unlike some veterinarians, they don't "high pressure" you to buy tests or services that are really not needed. This practice provides excellent service. If we ever have another pet I would return to this vet without a moment's hesitation.

Everyone from the receptionist to the Vet is concerned for the well being of your pet. I have had dogs for over 40 years and never found so many caring, informative, genuine people as I have experienced here for the past few years. I only wish I had found them sooner. My dogs have received outstanding care and treatment here. I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Dr Channell & the caring staff provided excellent care to my dog after he suffered a gruesome injury. The surgery required creativity & patience. The staff made sure we understood the care & cost involved & were compassionate throughout the whole process.

My dog died from best care,supposedly called. No bloodwork done,my dog was put down from kidney disease. After 4 trips there and a 1000d later misdiagnosed with cancer. Creatinine levels 14. Channel wanted to operate on my other dog too. They told me my dog had heartworms then a week later called and said it was negative. All about the dollar at this place. Best care animal hospital is the worst

Dr. Channel is one of the most caring veterinarians I have ever met in my life I've been going to Best Care since dr. Farkas opened the practice back in before 1987 and he was an amazing man cared so much would give you a break whenever you couldn't afford but you still wanted to take care of your animals but best care is very great and I love dr. Channel she's amazing and truly cares
