If I could give less then one star I would. So, this used to be my favorite thrift store in Grass Valley until two things happened. The first thing is that it has become over priced. The prices used to be awesome now the prices are the same as online so do not bother to go to this store if you are looking for a deal. But more disturbing is that they quite literally will change the price of items at the cash register. It happened to me. When I asked the store to fix the over charge, they issue they refused. Be very careful when you are at the register that the prices do not go up way up ( way up). Also be sure to ask for a receipt ( because when you get home you might be surprised to see a cost way more than expected). If want my advice. Just pass right by this store , you will do yourself a favor. Take Care and happy shopping.

One of my favorite thrift store. Kind people, great organization, decent pricing. However they lack children clothing with is upsetting

Love their "Welcome-In" attitudes when entering store. Allot of quality items. And though they have adjusted their prices a tad bit higher than usual these days, overall I get allot of bang for my buck! Considering the COL has affected all thrift stores, in our community, they are still a whole lot of worth ît ! My favorite place!

Moved to Grass Valley in June ‘22 from Los Angeles county and once I was settled in I knew I needed to find some good thrift stores. This store is by far the best store in town. Prices and selection are excellent and the volunteers are friendly and helpful every time I visit for donations or some thrift shopping. Plus they support Nevada County pets in need.

I used to love this store, still do, except their prices have been steadily rising for awhile now.

This thrift store has unfortunately turned into an overpriced attempt at ebay. The tags have “ebay” pricing, which isn’t even accurate in the slightest being that they are only judging on what people are asking for things. I could ask $1,000 for a pencil and according to them, that’s what it’s worth apparently. This used to be a charming thrift store, with good prices for a good cause. I used to spend quite a lot of money here, but not anymore.
