I brought my siberian husky to the emergency vet around 8:30 pm after he had lost a fight with a porcupine and they took immaculate care of my goodest boy. Every interaction I have with them they are such a positive place to be involved with, they kept me updated the whole time even tho they were a little busym. I'm so proud to have this animal care center in our community. Thank you all for what you do. His little sniffy snoot is good as new and still just as boopable.

We got 2 new puppies 2 years ago, DR Kirsten and Staff have been Awesome, Honest, Caring, Fairly Affordable and Educate me about our dogs needs. They have had 2 emergency visits last year. I was so worried. Dr Kirsten discussed all options to rule out scenarios. She said they probably played with a wasp. I was the one in a panic and said lets take xrays to make sure they had nothing stuck in there throat. Fortunately nothing showed up. She was right. When we moved to Durango 7yrs ago ,I'm sorry I took our 14 yr old dog to Riverview Animal hospital- a recommendation from the owner of the house we purchased. One of the staff at Riverview told me my Baxter was pathetic. He was old and scared. That would never have been said to me at Home Sweet Home! The Staff is genuinely concerned for the health and needs of my puppies. Thanks for being a small quaint practice with a Very Big Heart!

Dr. Kirstin is the best veterinarian ever!! She is so thorough and really cares about your pets as well as the owners! I’ve been with her since she opened and she’s been my vet for all 5 of my schnauzers throughout the years! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and person to love and take care of all my babies!!

Very sweet staff and an adorable clinic. The vets were very sweet and gentle with my dog! A bonus was their prior experience with other Bernedoodles that made me more confident with them thoroughly and accurately checking in with my Bernedoodle! Dani can’t wait to see them again I’m sure:)
