They made sure I had all the information for him guided me with how to help him warm up asking to update his process shows me they truly care and want to see Casper grow and be finally happy and loved these people are hero’s for speaking up for those you cannot speak Fur Babies Lives Matter! Thanks to Staten Island Hope, we have the most amazing rescue cat in our home now. We are so grateful to them every day. They were a pleasure to work with, clearly love the animals, and were able to ensure the cat we rescued was a perfect fit. He could not be more perfect!!

I went to browse I wasn’t sure if I wanted a dog because I just had recently lost my Sadie 3 mos ago. My home wasn’t sweet anymore without her I cried all the time. So, we browsed and considered Bella, the most beautiful doggy. Bella Beans has since been renamed Stella because she’s not only beautiful she’s strong! The staff was very professional and warm. I couldn’t wait to meet her. I was so excited! They introduced me and my son to Stella and we fell in love. Even though Stella was not house trained it’s been one week and she is steadily pooping outside, she’s very playful and very happy in her new home. We still have some training issues but she’s so smart I’m sure she’ll learn quickly, so happy with Stella she’s a real sweetie. Home sweet home again!

I had to give Staten Island Hope Animal Rescue one star in order to get into the blog but I feel they deserve no stars. I have been calling for days with no response back. Two of their volunteers who gave me a contact number have been dismissing my calls and not snswering my texts.. The two women came to a colony in Bayonne NJ and took kittens away from the Mother cat and left the Mother there. They are refusing to return or answer my phone calls about this situation. I was told the kittens would be taken to Staten Island Hope Animal Rescue with the Mother as long as they trapped all the kittens. There are no kittens there but the Mother was left there crying for her babies. I cannot get a response from anyone at this so called rescue. This is very disturbing especially when the kittens were being taken over State boundaries per the volunteers who I will not name here at this time. I have no trust or confidence in this rescue.

I would like to thank the staff at SI Hope for animals for helping me get a home for a homeless housecat I named Finn. He was abandoned by his parents when facing eviction in January. Finn now resides in Bklyn with a lovely couple named Meghan and Steve, who send me pics and updates. Couldn't have done it without SI Hope! ❤

Wonderful, Love the personal that received me very well ! I went to try one adoption, but was no dogs available at the time . But I will go back that next week !!! To try again !!
