They are excellent I have to take my cat there they were excellent with him. It's clean and it didn't smell in there. I'm very happy every time we leave from there.

I dropped my cat off here for a routine surgery one morning and he had to stay overnight to be picked up the next day. He's never been away from home since he was a little furr ball so like any mom, I was worried. The surgery was done early that morning and they called me immediately after to let me know everything went well. So I was somewhat relieved but then later that evening around 5:30 I decided to call again to check on him before they closed just to get a little more reassurance that he was doing okay. The girl that answered the phone placed me on hold and then came back to the phone and said quite rudely, "The tech said they already called you with an update this morning." I said yeah that was several hours ago and I was just checking in on him again. "He's doing fine ma'am. You can pick him up in the morning after 9." Click. It only takes one negative interaction like that to sour me on a place so I won't be going back. My experience with a different vet was absolutely phenomenal and they called me at least three times during my cat's visit to update me on how she was doing. Good customer service goes a long way especially when you are spending hundreds of dollars and you are entrusting a place with a member of your family.

Every single person at this establishment is absolutely fantastic! Each one of them goes out of their way to make you not only feel comfortable but your pet or pets/best friend /babies... 😺🐶🐺🐈🐈‍⬛😻😸🐇🐈🐈‍⬛🐕🐩🦮🐕‍🦺 Comfortable as well. When visiting with the veterinarian and/or the veterinarian assistant/technician, you will receive the best care, any questions you have are encouraged to not only ask the Veterinarian ,but you will receive an answer in the most empathetic, encouraging, and assured, educated/knowledgeable response. To get to the point, you would not want to take any of your loved furry babies anywhere else but here and last but not least, they give the absolute best prices compared to anyone else around this area , THEY ARE THE PPL YOU WANT TO CARE FOR YOUR FURRY BABIES! 😉

We just moved to Atlanta, and I was excited for a small bet in the neighborhood to take great care of my dog. I took her here twice with a bleeding nose, and the vet said it was just allergies, which wasn’t getting any better. After a second opinion, we found out it’s a tumor in her head, and this vet cared more about pushing me out of the office and taking my money, rather than addressing my issue. Horrible vet.

This place absolutely saved my cat life. I will no longer ever take any of my feelings or animals to the VCA ever again. I am only going to this facility from now on which is been around forever. Vet Clinton Walton was the nicest and most informative veterinarian I have ever spoken to…. he immediately addressed my cats needs was able to return a phone call when I had questions as far as aftercare.

My kitty was an emergency on a Saturday morning. They took her, did a full workup on her with friendly competence. The vet called the next day, Sunday, and asked about her. He was worried about her and wanted me to bring her in the next day for a free retest. She's better but still sick, so he asked me to bring her in again in 5 days. I appreciate his compassion and his making sure I understood everything thing.
