After trying a couple other doggie day care options in Decatur, my Great Pyrenees has found her home! Poppy LOVE, LOVE, LOVES Wag-a-Lot and the staff. They treat her like she is their own dog. She stands at the door and waits to go to "school" everyday! Highly recommend to anyone who needs safe, loving and extremely fun place for your pup!
I brought my 8 year old Australian Shepherd here for grooming after coming into town for a family emergency. They got us in at the last minute since we were going to miss our grooming appointment at home. Everyone was very kind and the groomer did a really great job. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I would never take my fur baby back for grooming ever again! I have a Yorkie and I took her for a summer cut and she came back with razor burn on her chest and legs and front paw areas! They didn't even tell me I had to find out when we got home because she was bleeding! Never again! That is terrible customer service I have never experienced this ever before! I had to take her to the emergency vet!
Great place for daycare and grooming. We only go about twice a month, but the staff know my dog's name as soon as we walk in the door and seem happy to see him. Not to mention that my dog can't wait to go!
I’d not suggest boarding your dog here unless it’s old and grumpy. When my dog went for an interview he failed for being playful and got attacked by one of their other dogs. They failed to mention that LATER fact me until I picked him up much later after a bath I had scheduled. They didn’t treat the wound on his eye or even bother to check on him. I truly have no clue what the point is in paying for a dog daycare if the dog can’t play and get exercise out, and if they accept aggressive dogs while banning ones with good, playful dispositions who actually like other dogs. Needless to say we’ll never be back. On top of that they also consistently insisted I get my dog groomed with them more and more frequently. Convenient since it was coming in around $100 a pop after tip. I feel they took advantage of this being my first time owning the breed and used that to scare me into thinking he’d have skin issues. As it turns out, that’s the exact opposite of what I needed to be doing - which I realized after getting suspicious and contacting my breeder (an award winning show dog expert).
Ally loves it here! She's well taken care of, they love her and treat her with the reverence she feels she deserves. She's also always tired when we pick her up. The grooming on site is a plus. Adding a picture of tired Ally after daycare.
