UPDATE!!! I was in a car accident. Sofritos needs his meds for hypothyroid. I asked for them to ship. Maddie Paddleford is literally bringing them to me!!! Can we say BEYOND THE CALL of duty. Wow. I am in gratitude to her!! What an incredible gift! UPDATE I need to add that Dr Bailey is also extremely patient. It turned out that some of my Dudes blood work was off. We needed to get his thyroid into good working order before we could do his very needed dental work. I didn't get how his thyroid would interfere with his dental work. Turns out that a thyroid being off and anesthesia don't mix well. After that was explained to me, there was no way I was going to put my Dude at risk. He is also a senior so....not taking ANY chances. Dr Bailey was totally on top of communicating with me, about some medications and about not doing the dental work until his thyroid was in normal limits. Honestly I can not say express enough how Dr Bailey is outstanding. My guy trusts her which is a BIG deal and I trust her!!!!!! The staff has been on top of it too. I had fallen today and was out of it yet everyone was so so patient with me. There might be less expensive vets out there yet check there reviews. Would you trust your kid to be in the hands of a 2.5 rating? This place has a caring staff and great service. My Dude just adored Dr Bailey. He opened his mouth for her. You might be thinking no big deal, yet for Sofrito that was a HUGE deal. It was the,first time he has done that. He is a rescue and because of that as well as living in a place that scared him, that was a BIG BIG deal. Dr Bailey not only is a good vet her compassion came through so much Sofrito allowed her to look at his teeth. That meant he trusted her, a huge step for my dog. Sofrito is my everything so to have a place that understands that, a caring staff and an incredible vet how could I not give this place 5 stars. I would have given 10 of I had the opportunity . I will be making my appointments with Dr Bailey from now on.

This is a wonderful clinic! I have had a great experience with every employee every time I’ve been here over the past 2 years. Dr. Bailey is wonderful and my dog loves her! My dog loves coming here-Highly recommend!

Wonderful people, gentle and kind. Sassy is frightened of leaving our apartment and meeting new people. They gentlely gave her the two shots and asked good questions about how she is doing. The process went better than I could have ever thought. One concern I have is her loss of teeth. I believe they may be falling out. I should schedule and appointment. I'm so glad you are within walking distance from our apartment.

It was a first class experience from beginning to end. It’s a very laid back environment. We were greeted when we walked in and there really wasn’t a wait. The Vet tech was very kind and knew his stuff. The Vet Dr Bailey gave us some good information and was amazing. And special thanks to Michela for not let it g me forget my cup!!

My mini-dachshund has been under the care of VV vets for his entire life, which is almost 16 years at this remarkable point. With their guidance we’ve been able to keep this little fella in good shape. He’s aging now, slowing down, but he’s still loving life with no end yet in sight. Thank you Village Vets!
