Love love love Dr. Smith. My bully had to have cruciate surgery on both knees as a very young dog. Dr. Smith took great care of her during this very long process. Great care and I highly recommend!!

Clairmont has always taken fantastic care of my babies. My Rosie had IMHA, and was in and out of the hospital constantly. When it came time to let her rest in February this year, the vets and staff were super sweet and comforting. They even sent me a card in the mail and donated to the Arbor Foundation and UGA vet hospital in her honor. The whole thing was very reassuring, and I was confident that Rosie got the best care she could have had under the circumstances.

Dr. George is absolutely fantastic! He's incredibly patient and trustworthy, always going the extra mile to make sure you and your pet feel supported every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough! Plus, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

We have had the best experiences with this Vet as an entirety for both our cat and dog. My family has been using Clairmont since the early 00s and while it has grown, it has consistently stayed professional, caring, responsive, and full of animal lovers. It’s clean. Their staff on all levels is incredible. Their front desk truly goes above and beyond. We’ve seen a variety of doctors and have been thrilled with them all. They have the sweetest nurses/techs/assistants. I’m incredibly grateful to their entire team. I truly have not a single complaint or critique.

I had an awesome visit to Clairmont Animal Hospital! I just adopted a new cat and wanted to get her checked out and make sure she was good to go. The whole team was very nice and so helpful! Dr. Adams was very knowledgeable and made sure to make my cat as comfortable as possible! After leaving my cat seemed to be in great spirits and not anxious or stressed! If you’re looking for some where to take your pets I would definitely recommend Clairmont Animal Hospital! Also the lobby and spaces were very clean and they just got done with renovations so it is very nice!
