Willowbend has the most dedicated staff and takes great care of my dogs. They go above and beyond to call in and check on my dogs after they’ve been seen or have started a new medication. I can always count on friendly and fast customer service from the front desk and vet techs here. They provide estimates for treatments which is super helpful when preparing for a treatment. Dr. Johnson is a very thorough vet and will find out what is the root cause of your animal’s pain/discomfort. He is also very thorough in explaining what is going on and will take his time to walk you through the problem and his suggested treatment. I cannot recommend Willowbend enough.

I made an appointment so I could get vaccinations for my dog for her doggy day care. They put me in a waiting room and the assistant walked in with a $400 quote and I hadn’t even talked to anyone yet. I wanted to refuse a $65 “yearly exam” and they told me it was required. The vet took 2 minutes and shined a flashlight in my dogs eyes and nose and said “looks good”

After my previous vet was unable to see my dog urgently and a noticeable declining quality of care, I was recommended Willowbend by a friend. Dr. Johnson and his staff are amazing, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to see my dog the day I called based on her symptoms without ever having saw her before. I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Johnson and all of the Vet Tech’s at Willowbend are so kind, attentive, and loving towards our pups! We have never had a bad experience and the visits are always filled with laughs. They are also a saving grace with their costs. We wasted a lot of money going to “money hungry” Vets over the years with no results, so it is refreshing to have a Vet that cares more about the dogs than the bottom line. We’re so grateful for this team!
