The store had plenty of parking available. The inside of the store was clean and organized. We weren't able to find all of the items we were hoping to find but overall they had a great selection. We bought several items including small Kong balls for our door as they are indestructible. We also bought shampoo and teething chews for all of our dogs. They had a very large selection of items for dogs to chew on which was almost overwhelming but a good problem to have. We also bought some dog items needed for new puppies. The staff was extremely helpful and the checkout was quick. We enjoyed shopping here and noticed that staff seemed very informed and knowledgeable to assist us with our questions. I never go wrong shopping here for my pet needs. It's a great place to go and find what you need without issue.

What a joke! Been a loyal customer to this brand for quite some time. They send out targeted marketing to people for things that they buy on a regular basis there. I bought the dog food there on a regular basis Royal canin. I received a text message that stated I could receive $15 off of a 10 lb+ bag and I was going to implement that coupon as those bags are 70+dollars. Till we get to the store and go back to where the food is grab a bag and look for the coupon because of the text it says the coupon is there. No sign of a coupon anywhere. So what's the next logical step? Ask someone that works there. So I did and nobody had any idea what I was talking about so I requested to speak to a manager about the situation. The man that I spoke to said he was the assistant manager and the manager in charge so he was disinterested in helping me and was more interested in stocking the shelves. So I went ahead and bought the food as my dog still need to eat, but I will not go to PetSmart again. I called their corporate office and she said because it was an in-store coupon she didn't know and had no knowledge and didn't even offer to help or even try to find out what the coupon was. So, Pet Supplies Plus will be getting all of my business from this point forward.

Picked up a few of these sucker fish for the beta tank and a few for the guppies and they are all doing great!

The place is wonderful I get to see snakes cats a lizard and more. When I asked a girl can we touch the birds she said sorry no it can cause a flight risk she said something like that but when I asked this other worker is this bird only 40$ and she completely ignored me and I asked a other man who doesn't even work there the same thing and he answered yes nicely.
