Walked in & asked to see animals.. a girl with shaved sides of her head & pony tail on top looked at me and goes ‘uhm no, we’re in the middle of an apt’. YOU'RE IGNORANT. Go find a job NOT in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to people. 100% won’t be back & I will contact higher. Covid is old news, it’s time to act like it in your facility.
