This specific Banfield is absolutely amazing. I drove 40 minutes to visit this location after reading reviews of all Banfields near me and let me just say it was the best decision ever and their care truly deserves a 5 star rating! The entire team is so kind and caring which was everything I wanted for my dogs first dental cleaning. I was extremely nervous having her put under anesthesia but they helped ease my mind in every way possible. It’s always scary to trust your pet is in good hands during a procedure of any kind but trusting Dr. Henry and the whole team is something I will 100% continue doing and recommend to anyone! Every team member is so well educated and professional and take extra steps to ensure safety, which was very important to me. Communicated with me on everything being performed, pricing, medications, and recommendations. They really treat your pet like their own and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I can’t remember the two ladies names up front unfortunately but they were phenomenal too and deserve just as much recognition. They answered every question and concern and even searched for an emergency vet near where I live just in case I was worried or had any problems during hours their office was closed. I have visited for annual exams and vaccinations as well and they are beyond great for that too. Thank you so much again for being such safe, caring and thoughtful people!!

Took our puppy for a first his first visit and they couldn’t have done any better. Whole staff was amazing and very informative. Glad we chose Banfield for our pups vet as they all cared for Charlie like he was theirs. Amazing job !

I was sent a text and asked to leave a review. We did the wellness plan with our German shepherd who was a puppy at the time. We were never able to get a same day appointment even for emergencies. When a visit was scheduled we would have to leave our dog there for hours, sometimes all day. When you live kind of far that becomes like a huge chore. The medications that they sell are way over priced. You can get the same meds at 1-800-per meds for a fraction of what they charge. They also reopened my dogs incision by removing a stitch during a follow up visit after he was neutered and then immediately after blamed it on me. I would never recommend this place.

I've been with Banfield for nine years. I've stayed with them because I love their staff and their first class service every time! You won't be disappointed!

Straight trash. Incompetent employees. Called to remind me of a pets appointment I don't even have anymore, and they 100% knew I don't have that pet. Unclean, unprofessional, and inconvenient. Constantly canceling appointments. If they were any less professional, I'd probably have to wear a tag that says "not a dog"
