I have been in the animal health industry for almost 18 years and have visited thousands of veterinary clinics. The care, kindness and and patient focused mentality of Clark Road Animal Clinic is not only a sign of excellence, but also much appreciated! Ryan and Gabriel made our visit easy and they were both very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting Clark Road animal clinic in the future!

There isn’t enough words to express the gratitude I have for this clinic. We have an 8 year old retriever who has had a shoulder injury for years that left her nearly capable of walking. We had been established with two different vets throughout her life and felt like neither clinic truly cared. We felt hopeless and truly heartbroken for our dog. We felt like she was dying a painfully slow death (makes me cry thinking about it). Thankfully some of our family suggested this clinic, they got me in contact with Ryan and the next day Ryan had booked for an appointment. We met with Dr. Gerber, who was just so attentive, kind, extremely compassionate, super knowledgeable and spent QUALITY time with us! Our dog was so relaxed with him, no stress or anxiety and was happy to be in his presence. He gave us the right solutions to treat our dog and within a month her injury was gone. She is now walking MILES everyday, running, swimming, traveling and hiking with us without a single limp or discomfort. She is smiling and is in pure bliss! This clinic was an act of God for our dog and our lives. We will never use any other veterinary clinics and I highly advise this be the case for everyone! The staff is just as caring, nurturing, knowledgeable and compassionate. They love, and they love with all their hearts! I can't even find the words to say how much I appreciate Clark Rd AH. I am a snowbird and they squeezed me in last year when I needed them, again this year, and i truly think the staff and Vets are the nicest most compassionate people I have encountered anywhere. When my Ridgeback was done, Dr Andre came on her lunch hour to assist us in our home so that i didn't have to stress her out one last time. Tears are filling my eyes but people this nice need to be shouted to the rooftops. All of my experiences were fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic.

This animal clinic is by far the best I have visited with my dog in the last 12 years of her life! The people are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. They truly do put animals first and that’s extremely reassuring, as I believe they are a little larger than many other vets I’ve been to. I was so amazed when my dogs growth burst and was bleeding on a Friday evening and I called the office to get an appointment, the receptionist answered the phone at 5:29pm, when they close at 5:30. She was very patient and worked with me to get my dog scheduled asap with no irritation that I had called when she likely could have been walking out the door! My dog has seen both Dr Dunn and Dr Smith and both are very warm and you can feel they care about animals and listened to my concerns. There isn’t enough room to compliment the entire staff I’ve interacted with. It’s so rare that every interaction with every member of a team is a warm and pleasant one! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We have dogs ranging in ages from puppy to senior. Dr. Thom and Dr. Andre are the absolute best!!! We had to put down one of our senior dogs and the amount of compassion and understanding they exhibited was amazing. I have referred friends and family to this clinic and I have heard nothing but great things from them as well. Thank you so much for setting such a high standard of care for our furry family.

The entire staff is very caring and compassionate. It's the first vet office that I have gone to that my pets get excited when we go in the reception area. They know the staff loves them. I have been going there for many years and it's so nice to have veterinarians that love my pets as much as I do. I totally trust them with my fur babies♥︎
