I’m really grateful to have discovered this vet by chance when I needed an emergency visit and none of the vets nearby would take us. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians and Dr. Pence is wonderful at what she does. She kept me updated and sent me pictures when my baby was hospitalized and I was very impressed with her precision and skill in repairing such a tiny limb (pictured). Because of their care my bearded dragon made a full, perfect recovery and I couldn’t recommend this clinic for your exotic animals more. Thank you so much! ❤️

Super thankful to have this vet in such close proximity while owning two hedgehogs. We were recommended here for routine care, and when both our hedgies needed spayed due to cancer, we were lucky to get in so quickly. Both hedgies had post-surgery complications but we were able to text with them after hours and Dr. Rich saved our girls. It was a traumatic experience but Dr. Rich and Dr. Pence eased our worries. They have an extensive network of academics and I really trust in their care.

We came down to Biloxi from out of state to rescue a very docile Argentine tegu who unfortunately in less than ideal condition. All the vets we called in Biloxi sent us here, and they were thankfully able to squeeze us in last minute. Everyone was incredible! The staff was super helpful and kind, and they showed so much love for our new addition. He’s now scheduled for a quick surgery next week. After all is said and done, medication and a prescription food included, we’ll have spent less than half of what we were expecting to. An absolutely worthwhile trip. We can’t wait to bring Kuja back!

What can I say about Dr. Rich and his amazing staff! They always come through, the level of compassion and professionalism is unmatched! In such a niche profession they make it easy to live and care for our less traditional pets! They are my go to for all our exotics! Can’t recommend Dr. Rich enough! Not to mention his extremely hard working and compassionate staff!

The veterinarians and staff were very honest and responsible with my pet rats. They didn’t hesitate to schedule us for an important surgery, and were very helpful with after care instructions! They even sent me a picture of my girl while she was in their care.
