Always very helpful whether I call them with questions or setup an appointment. Staff is so friendly when you visit. The whole team there is very passionate about helping and caring for my dog. I am first time pet owner and they have been great helping me out especially with our heart worm treatment process. Everyone there is great!

I'm so happy I made the switch to Lake Animal Hospital! Office staff, vet techs and doctors are all so kind and knowledgeable. All 3 of my dogs are more relaxed during their visits. One of my pups can be a bit if a problem around strange dogs but they make accommodations which makes me more relaxed. They take the time to listen which is so nice. Wish I would have switched sooner.

We have 6 dogs that Lake cares for and we wouldn't dream of sending them anywhere else. We got married in May 2014 and each of us had 3 rescues that were now all part of one big family. They help us on so many levels and we are grateful for the entire staff. In 2013 I lost my dog Saban to old age. We had him for 12 years and he was 15 yrs old. Lake animal help me through the grief process and checked up on me for weeks after we had to put him down. They wrapped him up in his own blankets and placed him in a box my son built so we could bring him to our farm in Mississippi and bury him. They are the most compassionate Animal Hospital I've ever been to.These ladies are like family and we Love them all. Kenny & Valerie Peffer.. Update we're down to 3 but lake handled the end of life for each of our fur babies and helped us get through it. Still the best

I have adopted two dogs from animal rescue New Orleans. Lake Animal Hospital handles a lot of their Veterinary procedures. I have continued to bring my animals there because I appreciate that they do that super important work. In addition, the staff is very friendly and thorough, and I never worry about the care my dog receives when she is there.

I love everyone at Lake Animal! Everyone is helpful, compassionate, professional and extremely accommodating. Dr. Meriweather is wonderful always. But, I have to give SPECIAL thank to Amy who for over 15 years has gone above and beyond for me and my 2 dogs… Amy you are a shining star and the face of the practice!!! Virginia Moulton
