My pets have received wonderful care here. I have always felt informed about the options for my animals but not pressured into something that is not financially feasible for my situation. I have always been treated with respect and compassion, and have seen that care given to my animals as well. The only thing I dislike is that there are no in-room exams. Everything is drop off. That being said, when I have expressed concern over my dog’s anxiety, the team made a point to move her up on the schedule so that she would be seen much faster.

I am always so pleased when I bring my babygirl Mercedes there. I know she is really cared for. The staff ladies are beautiful, kind and friendly. The doctors are awesome.

I took my chihuahua to the Harvey location. I requested that he does not have a slip lead around his neck and that he keeps his harness and leash on. I mentioned that he has tracheal collapse, both over the phone and at the time of his appointment. When I picked him up, they brought him to the front with a slip lead on. His throat has been irritated since then.

Beware, they will rope you in with what sounds like comprehensive health plan that for us came up to $52 a month for one cat, but conveniently does not cover bloodwork or other tests that were needed for our particular situation and then when you go to cancel your plan (which will take countless hours being jockeyed around on hold only to find out they got you for another month) they tell you that you have not covered Services already rendered and you still owe them a couple of hundred dollars after the cat’s already deceased because they missed a TUMOR!!!!🤯!!!!🤬🤬🤬 Veterinarians and assistance are super nice though and very caring. Felt like they really did care about my pet regardless of my experience.
