Had my dog neutered here today and I’m very impressed with the service. I got a text update that everything went well which was a relief while I was at work. It was easy to book and the staff are friendly. Very happy that there’s places like this that offer low cost services.

I have taken two of my kittens to Minn-Kota PAAWS on two separate occasions, and my experiences with them has been nothing short of amazing! I see reviews on here about a rude receptionist, but I have not had that experience. I view my pets as my children, so I usually come to drop-off/pick-up with lots of questions for the receptionist/vet, and I have always received detailed answers with a smile on their face, never rude. My first visit, I brought my dual-cryptorchid*, male cat in for a neuter, and had a flawless experience even accounting for the extra complications related to his procedure. All of my questions were answered, with no post-surgery complications. My second visit, I brought my female in for a spay, and again, a flawless visit with all my questions happily answered. They even helped me put my surgical onesie I bought off of Amazon on her for me after the procedure, then offered me a cookie! I highly recommend this place, not only because of the low cost, but also because I simply have not had even a slightly bad experience here. Considering I brought in a male cat with reproductive/genital defects*, and left with a flawless neuter, I can guarantee that your fur baby will be in great hands if taken here! 10/10 recommend *EDIT TO ADD: The cryptorchidism was an additional cost that had to be paid at the time of pick-up, so be aware of the additional expense if you’re bringing a cryptorchid fur baby! I believe it was an extra ~$100-$120 expense (Maybe ~$50-$75 for for unilateral cryptorchidism?). Obviously prices might vary between dogs and cats. But this is not only expected from any veterinary office, it is also exceptionally cheaper than them!

I HIGHLY recommend this place for a smooth, very affordable, and safe procedure! The vet who did the procedure even called me after her surgery to update me on her post-op, and answered all of my questions with a friendly tone. They also comforted her while she was going back, which reassured me that she was in the best hands to receive the best care, along with high-quality service, and well educated staff! This is the place to bring your beloved family pets, without having to worry!

My partner and I go here for the Dog Food Pantry. They are always so kind and understanding. Recently, we took our lab to get spayed here. They did a wonderful job, were very communicative and as kind as ever.

Fantastic service and communication. My little girl surgery went so well and she never fussed on the wound closure at all. BTW: Thanks for giving her the full body baby coat hair trimming.

Super easy to get an appointment. Staff was very friendly, and they took care of our little Pumpkin, 6 month old kitten, with extreme care and utmost kindness. Bless this office because I couldn't afford to bring him to any other vet to get him fixed. Highly highly recommend
