During the last tropical storm my kitty became gravely ill with kitty kidney stones. This vet was the only one open and they saved my cat with antibiotics and a new cat food. They were compassionate that I didn't even have a job and had my own medical bills and didn't even charge the emergency rate. Wonderful people who love to save animals.

Called a little before closing because their google listing says they treat exotics. My bearded dragon just aspirated and I needed help, advice, something. I get answered with “hello”. Thinking I dialed the wrong number I asked if this was the vet hospital. They responded with “yes, what do you want” with a nasty attitude. I asked if they treated bearded dragons and she said no we don’t. That’s it? I didn’t know if I called the right place. I don’t even care that you don’t treat my kind of exotic, but I called within business hours and that’s how you answer a phone??? What an awful way to do business.

This doctor has been a saving grace for us. He is reliable, will not try to rip you off or do any unnecessary procedures on your animal. He and his wife are kind and just genuinely good people. I can take my dog here with absolute good faith and with prices I can afford. Thank you so much to you and your wife Dr. Prasad! Annabelle & I love you!

My Rottweiler had neuter surgery at another vet that was an hour from us. We were happy with this vet previously which is why we took the drive for the surgery, however this time things didn't go so well. He ended up getting an infection and because we were too far away to get there before they closed I had to find someone closer immediately. When I saw the hours I decided to give Dr Prasad a try. He got me in right away and took his time to speak to me even telling me some personal stories about his experiences with larger dogs. He and his wife were both very sweet and gentle. He provided my big boy with quality care and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks to Dr Prasad my dogs infection started clearing up within 24 hours and his allergies calmed down within a couple of days. All of the swelling from the surgery subsided as well. Not to mention the very reason able prices. I will be taking my animals to Dr Prasad from now on. Thank you for helping my dog and I in our time of need.

This was the strangest experience ever. I brought my dog in because he was drooling a lot, which is not normal for him. I was worried he ate something poisonous in the yard. I was not allowed in back. They just took him and closed the door on me. At one point, I saw my day walk past the door (it has a long window in it) and I believe he was tracking a cat that has walked by earlier. (It would not have been good if he caught that cat) When they were done, they opened the door, let him loose into the waiting room, and closed the door. I had no idea what was going on! The Dr finally came to the front. He insisted that my 60 pound dog weighed 30 pounds. He also said his temperature was normal, but I can’t imagine how they were able to take his temp. My dog goes crazy any time a vet has tried to take his temp and no vet has ever been able to get it-even with 3 people holding him! The Dr informed me they gave him a steroid shot. They never asked for permission and when I asked why that was given he told me it would give him energy. That is crazy, my dog is and was still hyper. There was no reason to give him steroids. He couldn’t find anything wrong with him, and still sent me home with prescription medicine steroids and supposedly gave him a shot. I will NEVER go there again. (I have since heard that everyone that goes there usually gets a shot and medicine)

Dr Prasad is one of the kindest, most competent vet I have ever taken my animals to. I took my cat Jake in for a urinary problem and he took him promptly and did the procedure very quickly. He was very responsive to questions that I had and follow up visits were wonderful. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so! You can tell that he loves and cares for animals.
