I'd give them 10 stars if I could. No one cares more about your pet than you. But, so does Island Life Animal Hospital. Dr. Gallo and the rest of the wonderful staff have taken such amazing care of my puppy, Willow. They are so transparent about vet service costs, so friendly, and so knowledgeable. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! And to those who work at Island Life Animal Hospital, thank you so much! P.S. Willow says she also gives them a 5-star review!

We brought our rescued puppy here. I wanted to find a new vet (even though we live in Shore Acres) and not be treated like something on an assembly line. Dr Gallo is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this clinic. And it's only 20 minutes away. I can't say enough about the entire staff! We will continue going there.

We bought our 4 month old puppy for her first visit check up. Both Dr Pierce and the technician were wonderful. They put our puppy to ease and even though she is very shy, they made her feel at ease. We are happy we found Island Life Animal Hospital!

These people are the worst business people I've ever come in contact with. Do not take you pet here. they don't care about animals. I made an appointment and had an email confirmation and after driving 45 minutes for my appointment they told me that they didn't have me "on their books" and there girl who made the appointment "wasn't t at work today." So they turned me away and said they couldn't work my dog in even after I showed them my email confirmation for my appointment. Do not use this vet. They have no respect for their customers or their customers' pets. They are a pathetic business and I hope they are out of business soon if this is how they treat their customers. I give them an F. Failures!!

Dr. Gallo and her staff are wonderful. My two Siberian sibling kitties are just over one year old and it was time for their feline distemper vaccine and rabies shots. As soon as we arrived staff immediately placed us in a room so they weren't stressed. Dr. Gallo's tech Nick came in and his personality was exactly what I'd hope for, calming and gentle. I was pleasantly surprised that they never removed the kittens from the exam room. They also offer to register the cats to the county so it's all hands off for me yah! Dr. Gallo is such a warm person, exactly what one would hope for their fur babies doctor. Lastly, the staff communicates via email and text too which makes everything that much more convenient! Thank you Dr. Gallo and team :) P.S. My kittens didn't flinch a whisker while receiving their exam or shots! They were calm the entire time thanks to Dr. G and Nick's personality. My kids were taking videos and photos so thanks to them I have some to share here :)
