We've been going to Dr. M for nearly 10 years at this point. They are the most caring vet we have ever been to and they're worth every penny when caring for over SIX of our animals over the years, plus like four others when we were watching other dogs. They accommodate our needs and refer us to other specialists when relevant.

I usually don't leave reviews but my experience with this vet was unheard of. First off, they only take in drop offs for pets like its 2020 still even though Dr. Marinara came outside without a mask. They are doing this still most likely because they don't have to deal with the dog owners knowing about their shady operations. I brought in a new dog that we needed to see if she was fixed. It seems like they ran some tests brought her in and did a once over and sent her back out. Did this with all 3 of our pets and came out and said they all look fine with no further explanation. They couldn't tell us if she was fixed or not, they told us to wait and see if she gets her period...Turns out she is fixed, we found the tattoo later ourselves. This is where it really got ridiculous, we needed to get prescriptions for heart worm and flea medicine and still don't have it yet. I asked them if they could write us prescriptions and they told me to come back the next day to pick them up. I came back the next day (20 minute drive there and back) and they hadn't written the prescriptions yet and to come back again the next day. Not only did I need to go back a 3rd time, but they charged me $4 a prescription, $12 total for our three dogs. We then tried ordering the medications through Chewy since we had a deal, which we needed to prove we had prescriptions. We took pictures, emailed Chewy the prescriptions and mailed them in as they ask you to do. We tried to ask Chewy if they could fill the prescriptions as soon as possible. Chewy then sent an authorization to Dr. Marinara's office and she did not accept it. It's been a full month and we still don't have our dog's medications. All in all, Steele Animal Hospital has awful customer service. Everything was more difficult, they are not a business that uses current vet med practices. I will never go back to this vet and feel bad for the poor souls that don't read this review before going.

Our first experience has been very good. Buster liked the people that work here and they really seem to care. They are very reasonable and not pushy, unlike the place we used to go. Thanks. Experience number 2. We came to Dr Manarino with a difficult prescription to fill. She called around and found the prescription at a fair price. I really feel that she loves and cares for her furry patients. Thank you so much Doctor Manarino. You are a wonderful Vet.
