The team was so accommodating with his big cottage style room, treats, walks, and attentive when my Rottweiler needed a break. Feels more like a puppy spa than the vet! I had to take Jellybean in for teeth extraction and they staff and service was incredible. Jellybean has an underlying blood condition and they were super conscious of her needs, and I really appreciated the holistic approach to supplement the more traditional. We got in an accident on the way and I ended up not having a car and spent the whole day in their waiting room. I was very comfortable and well attended and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about this place.

For over twenty-five years our various dogs have been patients of a few different Mountainview vets, and we’ve liked all of them. Our current vet is Ashlie Brown. She’s very kind and sweet with our boys, spends a lot of time with us, and gives them great medical care. She always answers our emails promptly. The techs are great too. And the facility. We choose to be treated on the alternative care side, which features a calm environment and natural lighting, which makes everyone feel comfortable. Thank you Mountainview!

I love Mountain View. The front staff are always nice and accommodating, techs are wonderful and Dr. Hill is so knowledgeable, loving and thorough with my kitty boys. Lonnie is an incredible groomer who I’ve also been going to for over 10 years with my fur babies. Dr. Kolivada was the first vet we saw when she practiced off Prater with my chocolate point. This place is top notch and I love that they get my pets in when they really need to be seen. One thing I will say after Thursday I do believe Sherrie Brown (Supervisor) could practice more on being compassionate and kind with patients. She talked over me, and tried to assert dominance with attitude in a conversation that she inserted herself in while I was talking to a staff member in regards to receiving payment and how it was received. I will notate that my one year old cats test came back as a shock. He has serious hearts issues and hypercalcimia, which was very similar to the values of my last cat that had passed away at 10. I’m already feeling extra sensitive and sad, so I just didn’t need to be spoken to the way she did. I called my husband in tears and he knew exactly who I was talking about as he had observed the poor girls tense right up the minute Sherrie came out in the morning. She could have a way better approach and learn a thing or two about customer service. Maybe look into the chart prior could help give some background? Otherwise I highly recommend everything about this practice and its wonderful staff.

10 stars! We are fairly new to the area and have gone through a couple of different vets searching for the perfect fit for our baby! So happy we found Mountain View and specifically Dr. Bulkeley! She was wonderful with our Great Dane and very knowledgeable about the breed. They are very responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions and never felt rushed at all! Would recommend anyone to Mountain View! Thanks for the great care! ❤️

We switched to Mountain View as a result of a cancer diagnosis, and I wanted options for my sweet Jolene that included a holistic approach. We were scheduled with Dr. Brim based on what I was looking for. At the time, Jolene had already undergone a partial maxillectomy from a specialty hospital (per a referral from our original vet) and was experiencing some complications as a result. We had a couple of emergency visits after our initial appointment with Dr. Brim as Dr. Brim was concerned and wanted more comprehensive testing for Jolene that Mt View couldn't do and Jolene needed immediate care. Dr. Brim kept in daily contact via email and phone to check in on Jolene's progress. This went into Thanksgiving week and weekend. I was floored. We've never experienced that before. She offered to assist where she could and followed up recently for another issue. Again, it was the same experience. Between Thanksgiving and this week, we received a card that had over 10 different messages wishing Jolene well. I was so impressed by the care that I referred my friend to Dr. Brim. From what I understand, she spent 3 hours with the family due to a grave diagnosis and prognosis for their dog. What's a better compliment than referring and spreading the great experience we had? So, there's consistency for sure. In the short time of meeting Dr. Brim, I trust her with Jolene. Can't express how happy I am to have made this change and wish I did it sooner.
