Exceptional staff and doctors. My clinic, nor the clinic of the dog I recently adopted, would see us in any reasonable time frame. Dr. Gonzalez had a genuine care for my sick doggie, T'pot. After several visits now, I feel comfortable and secure my family is receiving the best treatment.

Took my new puppy Dozer in for 1st time. From the minute you walk in they are kind and I felt they truly cared for my puppy. I new patient gift bag was amazing and the free dose of flea and heartworm meds made me so happy. The assistant was so kind and took a lot of time to go over everything with me didn't feel rushed and Dr. Sophia was so kind and thorough was well. We have another appointment today I look forward to the visit. Thank you everyone.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and love in our dog when we come in. He loves going in and getting all the attention. They are accommodating and worth the wait if you are looking for a new vet. They make it special for the pet and the owner. They give great advice and truly care about the pet.

I can not say enough about the entire team at VCA! From the first phone call with Todd, to the wonderful nurse and the Veterinarian, one of the hardest days of my life was surrounded by so much compassion and care. My best friend crossed the rainbow bridge and not only did they give me & my family time to process and make the tough decision, they mailed me a card signed by every staff member who wrote the kindest words. Also, the company they use for their cremations had a sweet card with his memorial box and it’s beautiful! I’m forever grateful I chose this Veterinary hospital and will recommend them to everyone! Thank you all again. You have no idea how much it means to me! ❤️

Took our dog in for laceration repair. All the stitches came out. Cone they gave her was too big. Took her to our local vet and the exact same treatment was less than 1/3 the cost. Gave them the chance to at least match the rate of our local vet. They refused claiming a higher cost of care in Reno than Mammoth Lakes.... hence the review. See Bill below and judge for yourself.

Had to go here because our own vet wouldn't fit us in. VCA Lakeside got us in last minute. Exceeded every expectation. Entire staff professional but still incredibly personable. Couldn't be happier that we found them and have a new wonderful vet!
