The Lois Pope Pet Clinic located in this same location is a life saver!!!! I just got a miniature schnauzer named Archie. He is adorable and only 3 months old. I bought insurance but since I just got him it doesn’t take effect until 30 days. Last Saturday Archie had an accident and broke his leg. I took him to a located Vet ER which did nothing but charge me $450. No splint to just tell me what I already knew without an x-ray. Apparently there are no location that help families who can’t afford surgery and no location who even does payment plans u til I found this heaven. They saw him right away, worked out a payment plan and did his surgery. Rachel at the front desk is amazing. They return calls and emails right away. Día va is charge nurse and manager of the facility and is heaven sent. She explains the procedure in detail and all the after care along with answering all your questions. She also did what no one else could…. Put a splint in the back legs of a canine which let me tell you Archie is so thankful for because he is able to stand and eat as well as potty!!!! This is genius!!! Dr. Ramsey is the orthopedic surgeon who gives in weekly and has done an amazing job with Archie. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. Dr Johnston is the attending MD whom is also great. Since he use to do ortho surgeries he is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all questions. The location is very clean and pet friendly. The day of surgery I was running late and the staff was so kind to wait for me. Thank you all so much for helping Archie and he is so happy. Recovery is easier than we expected. God is good. Please take your pets to this location if you need anything done with care for your fury babies

Went to this clinic after having adopted from the shelter onsite there, a couple of years ago. They do not allow you in the building while the vet examines your animal. Very sketchy. I understood when they did that during Covid but in 2024, to have the owner wait outside while they are with your pet is strange. They do not even have windows for you to peer in. Long story short, they messed up my appointment time with their scheduling then when I showed up they said I was late. It was their mistake in the first place but they refused to see me and were extremely inflexible. My puppy gets carsick and had spit up just spit, no food or vomit, in his carrier and the tech told me that they won’t see me because the vet was expecting another appointment at the time and that I should take my dog to an animal hospital. This was after I explained that the puppy has nausea in the car. He’s been in a car 3 times and was only five months. There was a lot of back and forth and I have all the details if anyone wants specifics, just reach me and I’m happy to share but for the sake of keeping this short - their customer service is lacking. And lastly, my puppy was seen by a vet at 5 months and I was told he had a normal amount of yeast in his ears as many puppies do. I gave him the prescribed medicine and when I went to Lois pope clinic 5 weeks later for the puppy’s final shots, I asked them to check his ears and update me with the status of the yeast. I waited outside. They came back and said his ears were totally fine. It’s 3 weeks later and he has dry blood coming out of his ears from an extreme yeast infection in his ear. Hence, they did not do their job because his infection never went away. Did they even check? Not worth your precious animal’s health. Go anywhere but there.

I am so grateful to this location I could cry. My cats and myself were treated so well and with great compassion. Every person here is kind, compassionate, understanding and extremely helpful. Once my cats came in I could tell that they could sense the positive energy in the building, and they were so calm. Every part of my cats’ treatment plan was explained well and with empathy, and they were so kind to have every medication prepared for me to make it as easy as possible. Not only that, but they helped me out with donations which I can not express my gratitude enough. Thank you all so much ♥️

My regular vet wanted a thousand dollars to neuter and clean my dog’s teeth while under anesthesia. This place only wanted only half that for both procedures. I’m very happy.

It was an unfortunate event that brought us here, but a fortunate event once we arrived. Our sweet Lola had an incident last night and needed medical attention. From the moment we walked in, Mary was kind, attentive, and quite knowledgeable. The Dr. came out to carefully explain how treatment and procedure would go. Top notch. Her tech, Sandra, was an absolute treasure. Filling us in on the treatment plan, What we could expect, and how to proceed afterward. I could not have imagined a better experience under the circumstances. Thanks to you all.

Wow, where do I begin! I mother 3 fur babies. Lois Pope Clinic provides such wonderful and exceptional service for my babies. Such amazing recommendations, and I couldn't ask for things to be any different. They performed the surgery on two of my babies while they were kittens. The prices were the best in town from tricounty searching. This occurred during covid so we didn't get the chance to go through doors to be with our babies but they took such great care of them and informed us of everything afterwards and sent home all need supplies and recommendations afterwards. Fast forward to two years later. 2023, one of my babies had an UTI. I called around to some emergency places and couldn't get my baby in . The prices were also ridiculous! I reached out to Lois Pope the next morning and got an early walk-in appt. They were able to tell me what was happening. Gave me the medicine, also was so kind to search for me some starter hard and soft cat food to transition my cats over with a new diet. I couldn't have been more thankful and appreciative for the staff and Dr. I knew that kind people were still in this world. People that care about you and your pets. Thank you for being my saving grace that day. My baby was in so much pain, and he was suffering.
