I came into this vet after recommendation from a friend. This is the third vet I’ve tried with our cats. The level of care and compassion they show to pets here is unmatched. We got in fast and had a nice thorough visit that left us feeling good. Our big fat cat is happy to be home and feeling much better. The staff here care about the animals and each of them seem to truly love their job. For me this is so important as veterinary medicine is more than just the service provided to pets, but to the owners as well. Truly happy we found this place. If you are a bit farther out, this place is worth the drive. Eppie says thank you!

We LOVE Dr. Satterfield. After chasing a problem with an injured kitty for almost a year, we decided to take our beloved Kailani to Rockwell to see Dr. S. This is almost a 40 minute drive for us. We were ready to put Kailani down when we called RPC. Dr S really listened to what we were saying and tried some things. The next day, our sweet kitty was doing things she hadn't done in a year....like stretching, walking, wanting to be petted, etc. She went from syringe feeding water to up and moving!! The staff is so sensitive and caring. We won't go anywhere else.

Took sweet old anxious Ben for his annual check up today. He got his vaccines, check up, and attempted tk clip his nails. They always recommend what's best and easiest for my boy. The rooms were redecorated, but we still sat our anxious selves on the floor.

Made appointments for 2 cats. Arrived on time. We only had to wait about 5 minutes. Lots of animals being seen. Once in room, we only waited about 5 minutes. Vet came in checked cats out, gave them shots, and talked hairballs for a few minutes. Good visit. The doctor was able to see my beagle this morning on short notice for a minor foot injury. Pretty quick in and out.

The groomer at this office slashed the bottom of my dog's paw open with a razor blade. She needed 3 stitches, pain meds and an atibiotic. The owner "Gary" approached me when I showed up to collect my dog, did not introduce himself, and began laying on excuses for his staff. Nobody in the office ever apologized once. Gary told me with his own words "this isn't the first time this has happened". He directly refused to even indicate the individual who slashed my pet, saying "this is a country office and that's the way the cookie crumbles." I am disgusted.
