12/20/2023 😿 Grateful to be able to get a same day appointment. Dr Y was nice but didn't really help my cat, Smokey, through a Megacolon crisis. He threw up IN the office but Dr Y refused to even look at the contents. I took it home & realized it was a huge hairball. They also have him as a "canine".

The staff is compassionate, friendly, helpful, and professional. We've gone to them for over a decade with no bad experiences. They've never pushed unnecessary medication, testing, or treatments. We had to have our elderly cat euthanized today, and I couldn't have asked for a better team.

Dr. Saba Chowdhry and the staff are so caring and make you feel like your pet is as special to them as you're pet is to you. My experience with the staff from the front desk to Dr was inspiring to see that there are people who are in this field care for you're animal as much as you do and that it's not all about the money. I recommend them 110%. Thank you from the bottom of heart Dr. Chowdhry and everyone there for taking care of my best friend Sancho.

My first time going to Stephanie Animal Hospital I have a service dog and he does not let anyone touch him when he is working He sensed where he was and wanted to leave Josh at the front desk is a wonderful and polite friendly young man explained everything to me about the check in. Alicia was also friendly, kind,polite, and respectful she also helped me calm down Silas cause he wanted to leave.There a couple of post on here that said the staff was rude and the exam room tables were dirty. I do not know what Animal clinic they went to but there office is spotles.the exam room was spotless and unlike other places this Respectful Caring Staff and Doctor treat their Patients with amazing caring and professional treatment The Dr who took care of Silas went above and beyond. The front staff Josh and Alicia on a scale of 1-10 deserve a 100 percent the office Staff is Amazing and Silas's Dr Hana there is no scale that would measure Dr. Hana. He goes above and beyond DR. Hana is compassionate, kind, and respectful Silas has a skin irritation from his shampoo Dr Hana was very knowledgeable about the condition and I got the right shampooo to help Silas with his skin in all the six a half years in going to his vet and two other since moving here. I never saw a veterinarian care so deeply for their patients like that. The last one I went to told me he was getting old that was strange cause Silas never had a problem with his skin except when I started using shampoo that the last doctor told me to get. My service dog does not go to people when he is with me and working but I told him your off duty and he was very comfortable with Dr Hana He never takes any treats from anyone even in my home except me and my husband Dr Hana was so kind and sensitive to him Silas let him look at his skin and even took treats from Dr.Hana I would recommend that if you want a Awesome office Staff and Doctors this is it.

What a terrible experience! I brought my dog in for a vaccine, and I ended up bringing home a ringworm. The checkup room table was covered in urine, which means that my dog's medical records are now also covered in urine. I honestly have no words to express how incompetent they are.

Always there to help. I took my cat in for vaccines and the next morning he was not acting normal and had a allergic reaction. Dr. Jonas made Abraham feel much better!! He is back to his normal sweet self again. I love all the doctors and staff here. They are all wonderful and you always get a call the next day for a follow up!
