my dog sapphire was fixed last week and they were absolutely amazing! Literally from the top with scheduling to the goodbyes at the end. They were super professional and just loved on my dog. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that needs the help. Thank you to your whole team!

Had a great experience with this clinic; there is quite a bit of a wait (I think it was about 4 months between when I was approved to have my dog neutered through their program and when they contacted me to make the appointment,) but they are very upfront about that. Worthy of note: their prices are being "restructured," so it may differ from what you see on the site; and you also have to pay in full at the time you make the appointment. That being said, the staff was wonderful, friendly, efficient, and took great care of my boy. Thank you!😊

There was a lot of back and forth at first trying to schedule my pet for surgery but once it was scheduled everything was smooth. One thing I am disappointed with is they spelled my last name wrong on all my paperwork. Not really sure how this happened. Anyway, it is a good option for budget friendly pet care.

This has to be one of the worst vet experiences I have ever had! What I assume would be the vet tech. discussed having many years of experience training dogs and heavily implied that our dog was untrained and aggressive because of it. Mind you he is a nervous dog but has never come close to biting any one or another dog that he has ever come in contact with. Knowing that he is nervous she proceeded to continuously touch him without letting him get comfortable and putting her hands in his face while he was getting his shot for surgery. Of course, he freaked out because of her actions, he would have been perfectly fine if she had not done this. We have taken him to other vet offices to receive shots and care, they took the time with him to make him comfortable and did not have these issues. Overall, a bad experience for us as the owner and for our dog. They are super cheap but not worth the stress it caused my dog or the harassment, they knew him for a short amount of time in a situation that would cause any dog anxiety.
