Brother Wolf is full of some of the most compassionate people I have ever met! I have not adopted from there but been volunteering for almost a year, and I love that they have so many volunteer opportunities. I usually opt for hour-long 1:1s to help socialize the dogs that have been there for a longer time or need some help warming up. They also have other great options for the dogs including play groups, doggie day outs, and group hikes. I highly encourage anyone looking to volunteer to check them out!! Any time I have a question, observation, or a concern, the staff listen and there is no question that they have so much love in their hearts for the animals they help. A recent experience showed me that their care goes far beyond just the adoption and extends to after the animals leave Brother Wolf. It is not just an operation to place an animal and their passion is evident. I think I get far more from this volunteer experience than any of the animals do...I would be there every day and would adopt from them in a heartbeat if I could!!

A great experience! I haven't really owned a pet before but the employees at Brother Wolf made it worthwhile. I felt like a kid in a candy store lol they were busy that day but the process was still smooth overall. I'm so happy with my little "Tink Tink" and I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

After our senior dog passed away (he was from Brother Wolf), we were so heartbroken and I wasn’t ready to get another dog. Sydney from Brother Wolf told me there is a high need for rabbit foster homes because rabbits can’t go to shelters due to the high stress environment for them. I thought uh yeah I can adopt out a few bunnies! …and on bunny 3 we fell in love and now have the coolest dude hopping around. He uses his potty, loves bananas, and ear rubs💕🐰💕. Foster a rabbit through Brother Wolf! You might be more into it than you think.

Her name was Olympia. We changed her name to Cookie because she is the sweetest fur baby. Thank you Brother Wolf for being a great part of the community!!

Last month, I saw Max on their adoption website and immediately called to ask if he was available. They called me back that day and put me in touch with the foster who set up a time to meet with me. The foster was so nice and even met with me twice to see if he was the right fit. We ended up adopting Max the next day and everyone was so sweet! I asked them why he hadn’t been adopted and they were very transparent! I was a little nervous adopting a 3 year old dog with it being my first and asked them what would happen if he wasn’t the right fit. They told me “we always welcome our dogs back” which I thought was amazing. He is the perfect fit, so we have no intention of returning him! ❤️ We love you, Max!

I had a wonderful adoption experience at Brother Wolf. From getting to know the various pets, to learning about their history/medical care status and then processing the paperwork to officially adopt. Everything was well managed and we came home with an adorable fuzzball.
