I'm in the process of adoption and was trialing this puppy to see if she would get along with our pittie. They are inseparable. The puppy got an ulcer in her eye, and they immediately gave me an appt to see the vet and took care of her. I have to wait until she is better to make her official part of our family. Thank you. The black and white is new, Lizzy and the brown and white is Pinkie.

Never posted a review but i got my absolute perfect baby from here around 2 years back. Staff was absolutely wonderful with me when i came to adopt her, i went to look at her specifically and i had my heart set on her. They did show me 2 other cats (i wanted a senior 10 years or older specifically) and didn’t put any pressure on what i choose. super friendly!

I contacted the Animal Shelter on 3/27/24 when our indoor cat. Obi, escaped thru an open door. We immediately went to the animal shelter and were so kind offering assistance with publishing it on their website and making us flyers to distribute within our area. We were reunited with Obi and are eternally grateful to the Asheville Humane Society for helping us. Please adopt or foster from them. They need our support.

Can not express how great everyone is and how very thankful I am to have found my perfect sweet Marcella. Highly recommended for anyone looking to adopt their forever fur baby.

Took my Baby for her rabies shot and it was so fast. Couldn't believe that I spent a total of 5 minutes. Awesome... And yes, it only cost $5.00. Gave the girl extra or paid it forward for the next person in need and doesn't have the money. Bless them and the care that they give to the pups and dogs in need.

We only went to the dog side but, it was super clean and nice. The adoption process was painless and they offered a lot of resources to set us up for success! We couldn't be happier ♥️ Edit: It's been a few months and I couldn't be more grateful to Ashville Humane Society and their fosters. Lilly is an absolute delight and it is readily apparent how much love and attention she received while she was there. Every magical day we have with her is thanks to them and we couldn't be more grateful.
