Dr Gerri has always been amazing with our animals! She is patient and understanding and never tries to push anything on us… she always makes sure we know/understand all the info before making any decisions about any of the care for our pets. And we also love Cheryl!

Can not say enough great things about Caring Hearts and the staff. Dr. Gerri showed so much love and compassion for my boy when time to cross the rainbow Bridge. Dr. Dalton has such a connection with one of my boys that is so touching to see. Anytime the boys come in the staff are always excited to see them and will come and hang out giving lots of love and snackos. Everyone there treats my boys as if they were their own.

Dr. Dalton and his assistant (Gabby) are truly amazing! I felt so nervous prior to taking my dog to his appointment to get neutered but Gabby eased off so much stress I felt! Seeing the way she handled my dog in such a loving and friendly way before taking my dog back, meant everything to me! She was also thorough and answered all my questions after the appointment which helped so much!! I’ve seen Dr. Dalton in a prior appointment for my dog’s check up and all I can say is that I trust him with my dog 100%. He is great with my dog, shows lots of love/care to my dog and I can see that my dog is at ease being around him. I will never take my dog anywhere else. He is in great hands here and the Dr is great at what he does!

Excellent service, great care. Dogs don't love getting shots or occasional procedure, but I have confidence that they do the job right and put my pet's well being first. Dr. Dalton is a very friendly young veterinarian, and we trust his judgment and expertise, he's given my wee dog back quality of life twice now through minor surgery. Highly recommend, usual and customary charges are very reasonable and they don't ambush you with a huge bill. They've always been transparent and we appreciate it!!

UNCARING HEARTS....I took my stars from a 5 to a 1. The vets are amazing, but if you can't get to one, then it's a moot point. They hired a viscious, uncaring foreign accented receptionish lady they was beyond unhelpful and nasty.. Finding a great vet is hard. Took me 8 yrs in Wichita, THUS I used to drive to El Dorado to my old vet until I found this place. I loved them & and recommended them to all my clients. On a.m. opening I called to make an appointment, but the the bad English speaking receptionist refused to give me an appointment or even allow me to speak to a vet to get advice from someone that knew him and his complex medical history. She said I won't because it's busy because it was a half day coming up to a bank holiday. I was in childlike tears, please just let me speak to the vet when they have a break ot at the end of the day I'll pay for a telephone conference. Can you atleasg ask the vet. She refused and put the phone down on me. I was begging advice because my little man had suddenly lost a lot of weight. My sweet little cat Schmiegal died a few days later. Whomever you are, you have no business working around animals or those that love them....
