Take all 3 of my fur babies here and have never had issues! From the front desk to my babies being seen everything is always so quick, and they do amazing with them! I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

I had been going here for awhile with my dog Leo with no concerns. In the spring, I went in for a pre-op for a teeth cleaning. They recommended the cleaning but didn’t have any glaring concerns. When I went to pick him up after the cleaning, the price was double than I expected. I asked why, and found out the removed 6 of his lower front teeth. They didn’t call at all during the day to give me a heads up and I was quite shocked. I had cleaned his teeth regularly and never noticed any bleeding or loose teeth. They claimed they were loose and needed to be removed. It felt like a money grab. I hope they inform their customers better in the future. I have not gone back.

I am new to Kansas and had a lot of questions about the environment here, how different it is from my familiar (Northern Illinois), and how it is affecting my fur baby. Dr. Diebold was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Plus, she also owns a dachshund, so I knew we were in good hands. Her staff was understanding with our appointment accommodations (we ride the city bus) and flexible with my payment method. Their excellent customer service is much appreciated! ❤️🐶❤️

I would give Sweetbriar a million stars if I could. The staff always takes AMAZING care of our dogs, and works very well with our large reactive dog. They saved the day today- as we were preparing to leave for our destination wedding our pet sitter fell through and both our boys were a week overdue on their vaccines and could not be boarded. After calling Sweetbriar and explaining the situation they allowed us to come in to get their vaccines so we could board the dogs & leave for our wedding in time. I will recommend to any and everyone looking for a vet!
