brought 2 cats to get fixed and now one of them is peeing blood. was told by the workers there at pickup and they made it seem like he was doing that before hand. i clean their litter boxes and never saw blood before. not to mention my cats have accidents in the house, no sign of blood anywhere until after i picked them up. had to bring him to the vet immediately after picking them up from the clinic. angry is an understatement. no clue why spca recommended them in the first place. only getting 2 stars because at least one of my cats are okay. also, they came home with different towels in their carriers then what i put in them that morning so very confused on where they came from??

A wonderful service to the community. Great quality care and efficiently run. There is a bit of a long wait to get on the list so don’t delay in signing up. They don’t send cats home with a e-collar/cone so you may want to have one that will work for your cat ready.

I was really impressed with my experience. This is such a fantastic service for the community. When we dropped our cat off to be spayed, there were 20 ferals being neutered. The price is incredible for everything that was included.

One of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had I took another cats crate home by accident communicated my intent to return said crate and recitify the situation as quickly as I could get off work and they held my Cat hostage a pick up (a neighbor went to pick up for me while I was at work) and would not give them my cat until I Either brought them the crate or paid a deposit on a crate for the other customer till I could bring it back. While I needed to bring it back they wouldn’t afford me even the slightest shred of common decency allowing me to get off work and bring the bag back like a good person would do instead they hold my cat hostage which I am sure is illegal and refuse to give her back over 15$ absolutely unprofessional you cannot hold someone’s pet hostage over a crate mixup in a room with 35 people with crates of similar make model and color. I hope this place even as a charity is out of business as soon as possible

Really grateful to all the staff of this place. My 17 months old morkie was neutered last week. Everything was perfect. He is recovering super fast and I can assure you he wasn't feeling any pain. I absolutely recommend this clinic without hesitation.
