Description Texas Adoption Center is a local Texas adoption agency. We work with Texas women who are pregnant and considering adoption. We also work with adoptive families in almost every state. We are a friendly group of professionals, and we pride ourselves on our down-to-earth and positive approach to modern adoption services. Texas Adoption Center is a program of A World for Children, a Texas-based nonprofit that has been providing exceptional services to children and families across Texas since 1997.

If I had the time I would write a book about our experience with Texas Adoption Center. From Kaitlyn, to Stacey, to Kenna, and Tracie -- each step of the way they all cared and were beyond helpful. We signed on with TAC and quickly matched elsewhere upon signing on with them. I was bummed that we weren't going to get to work with them. After a difficult disruption, I emailed Stacey and they got our profile live again instantly. She provided support where she didn't have to, and I truly felt like she cared about my family. Three weeks later we matched with an expectant mom, and we got the opportunity to work with Tracie as our adoption specialist. Wow, am I grateful that we got her as our specialist! She went above and beyond at all times. She took great care of the expectant mother and helped support her through the most difficult time. She helped us foster a great relationship with the EM and upon arrival of the baby we felt like we already knew our EM pretty well. The hospital experience was the most emotional and beautiful I could have imagined. Tracie was there through it all. She puts her whole heart into these situations and makes sure that all members of the triad are cared for. I don't know how she did it, but she made it look so natural. We are still processing how great our hospital and stay in Texas went. Tracie continues to be helpful and caring post-placement, and we still feel equally loved and cared for! We can't wait to continue an open adoption with our daughter's birth mom as she grows. Tracie and TAC are so organized and help you not get overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork and details it takes to adopt. It is a very intense process, and they help you each step of the way. I cannot say enough to describe how our experience went with TAC! They truly educated the EM's on their decision to make sure that it is the right route for them. They support the adoptive families through the ups and downs of the process, and most of all they care so much about the baby and how to best care for he/she. Thank you TAC, you've changed our lives forever!

We signed with Texas Adoption Center 9 months into our adoption journey. Texas is where we met and will always have a special place in our hearts! From the beginning, the conversations with Kaitlyn and Stacey were easy-going and very educational on the process that each expecting mother and adoptive parents go through. It wasn’t until we got the call from Stacey that we had matched with an expecting mother that we truly found out how amazing Texas Adoption Center is! They answer your questions through the process and if they didn’t know, they would find out and get back to you within the week! Our caseworker Jill was phenomenal to work with. She consistently checked in with our expecting mother and us during the weeks leading up to the birth of our soon-to-be daughter. At the hospital, she was instrumental in communicating our birthmother's needs/wants and helping us be as comfortable as possible with the staff at the hospital. When you think of the money spent at TAC, you know it’s well worth it for all the effort and support they provide the birth mother during the entire process and ensuring all paperwork is legal and accountable. Thank you Texas Adoption Center for bringing Ophelia and her birth mom into our lives! We appreciate all the hard work and dedication you give to each expecting/birth mom and adoptive family that seek you out.

Tracie with TAC, and TAC as a whole, has been wonderful to work with before and after our match and placement. The time during any match can be nerve racking and full of anxiety. Tracie was so comforting when we started to get worried or anxious. Any time there was any awkwardness or an uncomfortable topic that was brought up, Tracie was there to help guide all of us. We loved how TAC took such good care of our birth mom. I know our birth mom felt so close to Tracie to where she asked Tracie to stay the night with her in the hospital. My husband and I can’t thank TAC and Tracie enough for making this process smooth for us and our birth mom, and making our baby, our birth mom, and ourselves the center of anything they did. We now have our precious baby boy and have a great relationship with his birth family!

I am so thankful my doctor shared her adoption story and information about TAC with me. I was nervous at first... I thought, there's no way I can trust some strangers to know the right kind of family I hoped for my child. I even worried I would select the wrong family... but with Tracie by my side the whole way guiding me through the process everything felt easy, right, natural. I managed to select the perfect match for my little blessing. It has been a beautiful, bittersweet experience. It takes an open mind and an open heart to consider open adoption, and in my opinion, its the best option for both parties. (especially the children) Thank you TAC, Stacie, Chelsey, and Tracie. I'm so grateful for all that you do. I don't know how I would have come this far or where I'd be without your encouragement and support.

We had a great experience at Texas Adoption Center with Jill, our adoption specialist. From the match through the post-placement, everyone was kind, welcoming, and the communication was excellent. I have had such an amazing adoption experience through this agency! It was one of the most difficult decisions i have ever had to make. I was terrified and didn't know what to expect but Tracie Jackson made the process so much easier and was there for me day and night. I really couldn't have done it without her! I feel like I have gained lifelong relationships and I couldn't be more grateful.
