Both the tech as well as the Dr involved with Milo were very professional and thorough. The office was clean and the appointment was timely and the two receptionists were very friendly. Dr Massi said she would call me the next morning with Milo s tests results, she did call and said if I had ANY questions to please call anytime

Hi my dog Lucy is a Golden Retriever an has been feeling bad for a week. Wouldn't eat her dog food but drank plenty of water and my husband and I were concerned. We have used Dr Nina's clinic for many years and took her there. Dr Massey did a thorough exam. The many tests were quite expensive but we were able to do the ones to accommodate my budget and she is slowly getting better. So thank you Dr Massey an her assistant Summer

. Review of Dr Nina’s Animal Hospital~ Dr Park and Dr Massi are Absolutely Phenomenal!! My 7yr old Maltese and Bischapoo dogs have been going to Dr Park for 2 yrs now -on the first visit he found a corneal abraision on the Maltese’s eye that none of the other vets found before.(the others retired) The Bischapoo was 7 months old and was overdosed with an antibiotic at the vet before here for a case of pnemonia from PETLAND( Dont buy animals there! I bought her because she looked sick and needed me.- she did!!) She has both knee patella subluxation , too. Dr Park does not take your pet to a back room, then perform extraneous tests and hand them back to you 600.00 later!!! Some do this! Be careful!!! Our previous one Did! He can look at them, listen to their heart and lungs then talk to you and figure the pets problem out. Where your doctor went to school is HUGE, too. He is from Illinois. No school of veterinary medicine is a walk in the park, I know this. That being said, some people are equally interested in growing their business , if you get me. Dr Massi you will also love - Both are altruistic people - they have a lot of techs that LOVE your animal and will do anything to make the examination process stress free for them and You, too. For my money it’s this office! My dogs even like it here. The office that we tried before here , my Maltese dog walked out of when one of the patients walked in - right into a busy parking lot while staff of 3 women sat on the phone- i am not kidding ( they are on Clark Road) You will love this office 🐕🦺🐈⬛

To their credit I got an appointment quickly. However, the interaction was unpleasant in two ways. One, they insisted that a health certificate was needed to drive my dog to another state. However I called a vet in that state ahead of time and was told I don’t need one. Once I mentioned that, they said, “well we already started working on it.” And showed us the price (almost 50). At which point we felt coerced into paying for it. The other thing, which I know people have different perspectives on, I was very quickly shut down for mentioning concern for giving my dog multiple doses of different vaccines all at once. I know it’s standard practice but it’s a failure of the provider and the system to acknowledge the merits of this concern and work with the owner to build a schedule they are comfortable with.

So thankful for Doctor Park he’s been great with Nells since moved back. The team is so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to many friends. Just awesome very appreciative of the service they give. 🙏🏻🤗
