A little bit different to walk in and be able to actually handle a bird while in the store. Very neat. Great selection of dog toys and treats. We were asked a couple different times while walking around if we needed any help or any assistance, very nice and friendly workers.

What a delightful pet store! My daughter has always loved this pet store. We have observed them take amazing care of their animals. Very inexpensive to groom parrots, too. The employees are friendly and patient with questions. We had a family emergency and had to find a caring place to take our Blue Crown Conure. My young adult daughter called Andrew at the store immediately. He came by quickly and got the bird and cage and we donated a metal playstand and food to the store. Our conure liked Andrew and went with him with no argument, of course we said goodbyes and were heartbroken bur did not have a choice. I called to check on her 4 days later and she was doing awesome and talking to a Cockatoo nearby. They found her a fantastic new home with 3 days! What a relief off of my mind. She did well there and I am amazed at Andrew! He allowed her to stay full flighted because I had taught her to loop back around. She has been full flighted and new family agreed to leave her full flighted! I am so unbelievably happy! These employees are greatly experienced and are so helpful and caring to their customers and to their animals. I am amazed! 100 STARS!! Never hesitate to shop or let them take care of your animals! Best in Class experience. :) Name has been changed for our protection.

We feel so at home here with all the exotic birds and other critters...and the helpful staff! Great place. Great people. Quality products. We even brought home our new kitten, Sabrina, and she is a healthy happy loving little joy!
