The cats meow! I'm so glad I found this boarding facility. The owner and staff are one of a kind. Cat Chalet reminds me of a Day Spa-but for cats. I felt comfortable leaving my Pal there. She didn't seem to want to come home after her stay. Thanks!!

This was an amazing experience! My two cats stayed at one of the villages/rooms for 13 nights. They both shared a big kennel, but were allowed out of it and into the room as much as possible (if they're the only cats in the room, they have free access to it 24/7; if not, then they take turns with the other cats in the room). The room had plenty of stimulation (even a fish tank!). The staff was amazing and responded immediately every time I texted them (they have a text line).

In the past I've left my cats home while I travel with someone coming in daily to check in on them. That was not going to be possible with my 17 year old diabetic, hyperthyroid cat who needs meds twice daily and doesn't always get her whole back end in the litter box. A friend recommended Susan and the Cat Chalet, and they were the perfect solution! Meds and meals all on our usual schedule, and extra things like wiping out Neeka's ears so there wasn't build up from her thyroid meds. A single level space, because she can't jump any more. My girl was allowed out several times per day just to walk around and interact. The facility did not smell like it was a hotel for dozens of cats! When we arrived to pick her up her private space, was scrupulously clean and Neeka was fast asleep. I won't hesitate to call Susan for all my future cat-sitting needs.

The Cat Chalet is the best. I have been boarding and grooming our senior cat here for a while. His mobility and quality of life are so much better since starting. They also have been able to groom our younger cats who I assumed were impossible to groom. The inside is incredibly beautiful and the staff treats our kitties like family. Please check them out as you will not be disappointed.

We love taking our two boys to Susan’s place when we’re gone for an extended period of time. She really enjoys what she does and you can tell all the guest kitties get lots of love while their owners are away. Her prices are very reasonable/affordable. We like to put our cats in the Sicily room. Make sure to book in advance because she fills up quickly! We also take them there for grooming needs as well, and they always come back looking great!

The Cat Chalet and Susan and Stefanie are just amazing. They care so much about the kitties and provide a warn and comfortable environment. My cats didn't want to leave! I highly recommend the Cat Chalet in Reno, NV for anyone looking for boarding or cat grooming! I am so grateful to have found The Cat Chalet!!
