Exceptional pet care. Dr Weeks and her team helped my baby survive parvo - I thought sue was a goner but they intervened, gave me directions, and set up emergency services. A few days later and my puppy is thriving. Thank you.

Dr Cristina M and vet tech Alex were both so friendly and educational. They gave us affordable options for treatment of our dog’s leg. Super happy with their care. Also, I’m pretty sure my dog has a crush on Alex because she cried every time he left the room

We quickly understood why they ran a little late for our visit. They give more attention than any vet we have visited ever. They followed up via chat for a care plan for our senior cat with diabetes. I was able to do the glucose monitoring from home and send it in. I can believe we can take Gracie in for the next year and have no exam fees and get a discount on labs too! Can’t wait to bring our other pets in too! Gracie and us are grateful for Modern Animal for sure!

Dr. Merrill is very attentive and thorough. She took her time with my dog and answered any questions I had. I did not feel rushed at all. My dog is terrified of vets and at the end of the visit he was comfortable and wagging his tails. They sent us home with a toy which was a nice surprise. They are very price transparent. Today, I saw that they sent me a care summary through the app, it included all the information we discussed during the visit. This was immensely helpful as it reminded me of a few tips and tricks that we discussed. The vet tech Alexis was very sweet to my dog and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. She sat down with me after to discuss the pricing of an upcoming surgery in detail. The vet clinic looks modern and VERY clean. I was greeted upon walking and was offered refreshments. Overall 10/10

Definitely glad that I stumbled upon this Vet! I’ve had my puppy for her whole life- almost 15 years- and even though I’ve lived in dallas for almost 4 years, I kept her at her vet in our hometown which wasn’t close purely because that’s where she’d always been. I’ve gone twice for 2 different issues with her since joining a few months ago and I have never been more pleased. This vet really does go above and beyond and it really feels like a human doctors visit which I really appreciate. They call me when labs are done and go through every single thing. They check up on you afterwards and throughout treatment to make sure things are going well. The app is extremely useful, user friendly, and makes pet care and vet visits 100x easier and manageable. I mean it’s crazy how attentive and caring they are. I’m so thankful we discovered MA and I hope they do really well because they definitely deserve it and I do not want to ever have to go anywhere else!!

I had a fantastic first experience, their app made it super easy to make my appointment, see his medical records, and pay. The facility was beautiful, and offered complementary coffee , and the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The appointment was very timely and I didn’t have a wait, the nurse was extremely friendly as well. After checking him out , we didn’t have to wait long for the doctor. Dr. Lindsey was fantastic, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly . I really appreciated their understanding and transparency about pricing and helping me spread out my dog’s treatments to make it more affordable for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 best vet experience ever and I will be a member with them for a long time !
