I had a great experience bringing my guinea pig Toby in for an issue with his eye. I felt like Toby was in good hands with Dr. Hammer and everyone was so nice and accommodating for him. I will definitely have to bring in my other 3 piggies.
I took my dog here to get her nails trimmed and they cut one of her nails below the quick. They then proceeded to act like nothing is wrong while her foot is bleeding on the floor. Really unprofessional. I understand accidents happen but you should be letting the customers know when something like this happens. I called asking to speak to the manager and they claim she wasn't in so they took my name and number and surprise no phone call. I will never return to this place. Seem negligent to me.
Awesome facility…staff is great and took wonderful care of my dogs and helped my breeding program
My Bunny Honey got fixed here. The only place that was affordable. Dr. Hammers was so kind and knowledgeable about rabbits. I’m so grateful for this clinic. We went back a few other times and had great experiences.
took my rabbit here to help clean his scent glands. both the vet and who im assuming was training were very rough with him and didn’t do much help with explaining how to do it at home. the environment was loud with the staff talking loudly and loud music. not ideal for any nervous pet. not coming back.
$900 later... told us it was a spine degenerative issue on a 3 year old... 3 weeks later and doped up on pain meds.... went back and they realized they forgot to check the ears! Simple (but painful) deep inner ear infection. Ear drops cleared it and all was good for the next year! Yes, I waited until now to write this. Dr. was really rude to her staff!
