Called and left a voicemail about a fox kit with bad mange in our backyard. We want to try to catch and save it. They called a few hours later to let us know that mange is incurable (it very much is curable) and told us to let the animal crawl off somewhere and die. They did give us good tips to deter wildlife from our backyard in the future, but I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to actually save an injured or sick animal.
