my concerns were not taken seriously, the doctor insisted the problem was flea related when my cat clearly does not have fleas (indoors, no fleas seen, no flea dirt whatsoever). Said it could be ringworm but didn't bother to check with a woods lamp and instead tried to upsell blood work and flea meds. My cat is still itchy and losing hair.

DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. Terrible customer service on the phone. Never got my 10 requested call backs. My cats got fleas here. One lady had hickies all over her neck and I’ll stop there. DO NOT GO HERE!

My dear cat passed away two days after getting the news from Banfield that he had Leukemia. The doctor said that it was nothing to rush to a hospital that day for, but to schedule a blood transfusion the next day. I did schedule the next morning and they could see him in 5 days, but my cat did not even make it to the weekend. The doctor was either poorly trained, or poorly read his blood counts wrong. If I had rushed him over that day he would still be alive or would’ve been put down and had a peaceful death, unlike what he had, and what I have trauma now from. Don’t bring your animals here for serious medical issues.
