Terrible service period. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment, when they double and triple schedule appointments at the same time as mine. Took almost 40 mins to see the vet for the exam then I walked out the door after being there for 50mins and the vet did her 2 minute exam. When doing the exam, didn’t thoroughly look her over and I had to point out where the areas were she was having skin problems. This vet is a joke, they charge a deposit because they provide terrible service and are overpriced. I will continue taking her to auburn hills even though I have to drive to the other side of town, this place is worthless.
I have brought my dog here for a couple months now and this place is so good. I trust everyone here with my dog, and they always take such good care of him.
DO NOT take your animals here. Dr. Dina Steineker grabs and handles the animals aggressively, and speaks poorly about customers behind their backs. It is not a safe or kind environment for you or your pets.
If you care about your pets well being while out of your site, do not go here. I witnessed the Doc getting mad and lashing out at a small dog. I wasn't supposed to see this but peeked around the corner in the back to ask a question and was horrified by what I saw. Never again.
I wish i could do 0 stars. my dog just had surgery, and was very obviously sick and the front desk lady was dismissive and rude. DO NOT go here. and they’re soooo expensive. luckily i got into a vet and my dog had a fever and an infection (probably from the surgery AHS did) she could have died. they didn’t want to see her until thursday. I went to a different vet and got her treated within 30 minutes.
They did such a good, efficient and affordable spay for my bunny, making sure to accommodate us sooner in their schedule too. ALWAYS get your bunny fixed! Female rabbits have a 65-75% chance of developing uterine or ovarian cancer by age 5. Plus once fixed, a rabbit can be completely litter box trained like a cat! They will stop marking their territory and they will be a lot healthier in general.
