I took a cat I found outside to one of the clinics and through the clinic found this place. I liked a kitty I saw online and made an appointment to see em. On Mt visit, I wanted to take home all kitties! But I decided on the one I saw online. They told me bout his info and health upfront now have a loving cuddle buddy ❤️🐈❤️

Great experience! After searching for a year for the right dog for our family I was so pleased as to how smoothly this went. I was a little sticker shocked by the prices of a puppy but I was pleased to see senior dogs have a more reasonable adoption fee. For the staff; Lucky is doing fantastic and is fitting in wonderfully! I couldn’t have asked for better addition to the family, truly. We needed him and he needed us. ❤️ I sure wish I could let the previous owner know he is loved and cared for. Getting older is such a difficult time and I know this wasn’t an easy surrender. Thanks y’all!

I came to adopt a guinea pig. First I'll address my main concern. There were 2 cages of guinea pigs that I was aware of. The cages were clean, but they only had pellets. No hay or water. Maybe they were cleaning the cages and hadn't gotten that far. If not, please remember guinea pigs MUST have hay available at all times! A big bowl of pellets and nothing else isn't ideal. Aside from that, the place seems pretty small but I really like how they're using little rooms for dogs instead of normal kennels. The dogs have more space than a kennel and it's not so gloomy when you see it. The adoption process was quick and a lot better than the Ft Worth location. I actually got an email w/ a receipt and got some history on the pig this time.

The entire staff at Benbrook Waggin' Tails is fantastic... very informative, honest, friendly, compassionate and patient. You're doing such great work!
