my dog has been going here for awhile, but recently we had the best experience. I had to take him to an emergency vet in town at night, and then we followed up here the next day. I took my dog as a walk-in as soon as they opened and they helped me as soon as they could. My dog has severe anxiety and is not the easiest to deal with but they are always so patient with him and I love that. They were honest about his condition and presented me with a few options for his care. I really liked that they explained everything to me in clear terms. My dog is doing much better and I am so grateful to the team for helping us.

We unfortunately had to put my dog down but the staff was extremely helpful and supportive. From the examination to the process of saying goodbye to my baby. They even sent the sweetest paw print card. Thank you!

New to Lubbock, we found this practice to be wonderful. Very clean and modern office. The Vet Tech was so lovely to our dog, she was gentle and kind. The veterinarian took her time with our dog and spent time learning our dog's needs and explaining all avenues regarding foods, allergies and overall care. We felt she was genuinely concerned about our dog. We made an excellent choice with this practice.

Staff have always been friendly and informative. The doctors are just as friendly and willing to take time to answer questions and respond to any concerns. Wait times have been minimal, even as a walk-in. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for an animal clinic.

AMC is amazing! My puppy came in with parvo, as scared as we were they helped reassure us, and took amazing care of our pup! They were great with her and with us, amazing customer service! She is healthy and doing great now thanks to them!

Great staff, wonderful doctors! AMC always takes extremely good care of my dogs. If there is an emergency during office hours, they get you in without wasting a second. AMC is affordable, they truly care and I’ll never use anyone else for my Addie and Elvis!
