Without a doubt, this is the very best veterinary clinic I have ever experienced. From the first moment I called for a same day appointment through the second follow up appointment they were fantastic. They were very helpful after patiently listening to all my concerns. They were very gentle with my fur baby. They explained the possible ways they may need to treat, as well as the cost of everything. After all tests were completed they thoroughly covered the results. They were very professional and caring every minute. They treated my fur baby just as if he was theirs. The clinic was very clean and comfortable. The customer service, excellent. The stream line testing and treatment were fluid, accurate and compassionate. After two follow up appointments I feel completely confident they have my fur boys best interest at heart. Every person I interacted with was kind, empathic, calm and helpful. It's all the little blessings I am grateful for. Thank You, Rocky Mountain Animal Hospital.

My experience with Dr. Evans deserves more than a 5 star rating. She is not only so caring and compassionate about your animals, she's just overall an amazing human. She has helped me with my boys from wellness visits, to emergency visits after hours, and emergency surgeries. I could not recommend her clinic enough. If you are looking for a new vet, Dr. Evans is your person. Her clinic is clean, and her staff is just as amazing. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for my dogs, and continues to do!

I was able to get a same day appointment here after concerns that my pup had an intestinal blockage. My regular vet was out of town and she advised me to get him in somewhere else ASAP. I looked up vets in Casper and went down the list. The receptionists I talked to at other facilities after explaining my situation, acted cold and uncaring and just told me no, they didn’t have time. I was feeling frustrated and losing hope that I was going to get my puppy the help he needed. I called here and they took the situation seriously and said they would absolutely get my pup in. I actually started crying as soon as they said that because I was so happy he was going to be helped. Thankfully he did not have an obstruction but the staff was so kind overall and the Vet, Ashleigh Evans took her time to make sure my pup was comfortable with her before she took him for imaging. She explained his treatment plan thoroughly, and gave us what we needed to get him home and healthy. He is back to his normal self now. I can’t even express what a relief it is to see him acting normal. I honestly thought we were going to lose him and I’m so incredibly grateful that we ended up at this clinic. I am going to be going here from now on for my pets.

Although I"ve been doing dogs for over 50 years, thought I"d seen everthing possibe, Dr Evans immediately saw my error, gently corrected me and set our little dog on a path for a most surpizing recovery. Highly recommend!
