Went in late right before closing time to buy some bugs and was given the greatest customer service. Had the kindest, most helpful employee who was such a delight to talk to while shopping. His name was Ethan. Didn’t bug him at all that we were there 5 minutes before closing and he was so happy to help with all of our needs! Thank you Ethan!

Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me today. I asked the one what he recommended for my corgi's anxiety and he told me what he used and his experience. He could have pointed out the most expensive product but he didn't. The cashier said exactly the same thing as the other gentleman. I will be doing all my fur baby shopping there from now on. The betta fish cups has alge so bad and the bearded dragons looked so stressed out! You guys can't take the time to change the water in the betta tanks really it's a new store sad to see the animals already being neglected.

I needed a new water filter for my Aquarium. I found one on sale online for a great price. I wonder if the local store had the same price on the filter I wanted . When I called the local store they told me they would honor the online price, they did. That saved me a lot of money! The employees were friendly and helpful.

The pet groomer couldn't get our sweet girl trimmed stating that she wouldn't come out of the kennel but we offered to go with her and was told that's against the rules. But they have groomed her before so not sure what the issue was.

Petco has more healthful options for foods, but we like the deals Petsmart has on items. We were able to score a $360 triple-level mega habitat for $150! We could NOT find any price close to that anywhere online. Staff were nice and everything was easy to find. We have been wanting to come see what their clearance foods look like as Petco got rid of their clearance sections. Will have to update!
