My daughter brought her cat Simon into Mt Stewart veterinary hospital. Her cat had pooped bloody stool in her truck and she is pregnant. She went back in to see if she could borrow some cleaning supplies to clean up the mess. Stacy and another assistant went out to her truck and cleaned it all up for her because she is pregnant and was about to throw up. I love Dr Val, her assistant Stacy and all the staff that work there! That was extraordinary customer service!!! They also cleaned her cats bottom and did a stool sample to see what caused that issue. Then they brought her cat out to her💜 Thank you Mt Stewart staff for going above and beyond their job! Great job! You guys should get an award for that! I felt it important to tell the public just how amazing this place is!

We were told after my husband has supported this business for over 15 years we would get a letter why they would no longer see our animals as we called for a puppy that had a bad infection. Apparently, they did not care whether the puppy died or not they said it was due to payment issues after me and my dog got attacked by a pit bull owner made arrangements with the clinic of the pitbull to pay for the damages to our poor pup ! said they would pay and didn’t and the clinic did not contact us Regarding non-payment other than a letter in the mail. which we immediately contacted them. Even after balance was paid in full they still did not have the compassion to see the sick pup! They said they could refer other vets! we offered to pay the debt of the responsible person of the attacked they did not care!! So sad!!!bad communication!

We all want things to turn out good when our pets are sick, unfortunately it sometimes doesn't go that way. It was a Friday afternoon and we called, they had us bring her to the hospital and they would fit her in. My family was faced with our dog of 9 years being very lethargic and not wanting to walk that came on suddenly. It ended up that we had to put her to sleep, they kept her comfortable while I went and got my child and grandkids to say their final goodbyes. They were passionate and have always cared about our pets. They have always been and remain outstanding during a time that was difficult for my family.
